We created an app for service stations and oil change shops that allows ordering oils and lubricants at favorable prices and earning rewards from Lukoil.
The client, LUKOIL Lubricants Central Asia (LLCA), supplies the markets of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, Afghanistan, and China with Lukoil automotive oils.
Lukoil's range includes over 800 types of lubricants, and the company ranks among the top ten largest producers of oils and lubricants globally.
Unfortunately, some of the information is considered confidential. We'll share what we can about how it went.
Tasks
LLCA decided to create an app for Dealers and buyers of Service Stations (STO) and Oil Change Shops (PZM) in Kazakhstan. For buyers, this means the ability to use accumulated points for their next purchase and win prizes, while for Dealers and STOs, it helps meet sales targets, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.
There are over 800 products available on the platform, including automotive oils. When a buyer places an order through the app, they earn points. These points can be used towards their next purchase, and they also get a chance to participate in prize draws.
Project Goal
To expedite the purchasing process and eliminate dealer schemes, enabling easy tracking of goods movement since paper-based systems significantly complicate this process.

Process
At the beginning, we conducted an analysis, followed by creating a prototype in Figma, where we also worked out the design. We aimed to make the interface simple and functional, as requested by the client.
Seven people worked on the product.
Implementation
The following was developed:
only the app for service stations (STO) and oil change shops (PZM)
for dealers – both the app and a web version
for LLCA managers – a web version
Features:
Users must register via email and create a password
There are four main sections: profile, catalog, cart, and questions
When choosing oil, users can select based on vehicle type (passenger cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, snowmobiles, garden equipment). Once the user selects the transport type, options for engine oils appear for each category
Points are awarded for each order, and the app shows how many points will be credited for a particular order. In the "Accumulated Points" section, users can see their total balance
Users can check their orders, their status, and estimated delivery times in the «Current Orders» and «Completed Orders» sections
Those who placed an order within the quarter receive push notifications about super prize drawings. To participate, users need to go to the «Accumulated Points» section and click the «Super Prize Draw» button. The winner is determined within two days using a random number selection method
Dealers receive orders from assigned STOs/PZMs, and they mark the delivery date. The maximum delivery time is four days. If the Dealer does not confirm on time, the LLCA manager receives a notification and begins resolving the issue with the Dealer. If certain items are unavailable with the Dealer, the order is partially fulfilled, and missing items are offered for delivery at a later date
Admin Panel
The functionality for both the admin and the LLCA Manager is nearly identical, differing mainly in user management.
The menu includes the following sections:
Admin Panel
user management, order statistics, notifications for LLCA managers
Product catalog
management of categories and subcategories, product catalog management, promo code directory management
System menu
Order list
displays new, current, delivered, and canceled orders
Feedback
managing user notifications, managing contests, managing FAQs, interacting with app users
Logout
button for logging out of the system

Result
LLCA has been collaborating with us for the second year now. Throughout this time, we've been working on improving the application, modifying its structure. For instance, the Dealer version now includes employees, city-wise divisions, dealer reporting, and other useful features.
Currently, there are still LLCA managers involved, but LUKOIL plans to fully automate the process.
We also received a very nice review

We have been continuously collaborating with «Sailet» for the second year now on technical support for the «LLCA Club» app and introducing new functionalities.
Throughout our work with «Sailet» they have proven themselves to be a team of strong professionals who take their job seriously and responsibly. Additionally, we would like to note that their specialists react promptly to requests, make necessary adjustments, and offer their own ideas. We hope for further fruitful cooperation!
